VISIT TO SHOPS / MARKETS WITH COOKERY CLASS

We visit the shops and markets in the morning to buy fresh local ingredients followed by demonstrations and the preparation of each dish.

There are several markets in Central Tuscany :

• Poggibonsi on Tuesdays
• Colle Val D'Elsa on Fridays
• Gracciano on Wednesdays
• Siena on Wednesdays
• Casteluovo Beradenga on Thursdays
• Greve-in-Chianti on Saturdays

Depending on the location of your villa and the size of your group, Emily will pick you up or meet you at the market town. For those staying in Colle Val d’Elsa area, it is possible to do the cookery class on the farm where Emily lives.
